I had a tape from Darrell Thomas with three games on but no year. However I have been told by various sources it is 1989 and so have labeled accordingly.
NB If you download this game it will be a file called Stoke Spitfires -v- Walsall Titans. The original tape was mislabeled and the true opponents were ony identified after it was uploaded and displayed. So you will need to rename the file if you want the correct details.
